Yes it is a hand pump. You can buy an electric one but the hand pump works well. Takes about 20 min to blow up.

Very relaxing dose good with waves from other boats

This is a very nice boat. I am 5'11" and I have more than enough room. The customer service at Spreetail is awesome and very helpful. I live in Oklahoma and it is required to register this boat to use on public water. After you order, make sure you contact Spreetail and ask for a "Certificate of Origin." You will need that to register this boat. That and the invoice or receipt. It cost me $26 for 3 years to register and title this boat.

Awesome boat with plenty of room

What a blast with the grandson. We were camping and I took my boat along. It fills pretty quickly about 20-25 minutes for the 3 chambers. I fill it close to the water so not hard to put it in empty. I add the trolling motor once in the water and our gear. I did add the motor handle extension. Very good idea! We enjoyed being out, having lunch and talking. I took an anchor so I could turn the motor off and fish. The boat is wonderful and does everything I need, be it fishing or lake cruising.

Grandmas boat!

This looks like a great boat.  The reason I'm returning it is I've decided it's larger than I want so will be ordering a smaller version of this.  Shipping was very quick and I look forward to sitting out on the water in my little boat while at the lake this summer!

Looks like a fun boat

Great for swimming but not fishing, only comfortably holds 2 adults maybe a small child. Does not row well at all

Not as described

I originally ordered and it said it was delivered, yet I only received the boat mount. I didn't receive the boat until the following day and I thought it was lost... I finally got to use it for 20 minutes and noticed the air decreasing rapidly and I could hear it too. I never got to use it and my family was so excited once I had it all pumped up... VM Express has been very hard to reach and I hope to have this boat replaced. Very unhappy I thought this boat would last a while..

Cheap material or defective boat

Sitting in the boat and trying to control the trolling motor is very difficult. I did not like it.

I just opened it after 31 days and the bottom part of boat doesn't hold the air. But do not fish in it. And I contacted the company and they said unfortunately it's past the 31 days. So I'm stuck with it
